- name: Linux VPS, SSD VPS, NVMe Linux VPS and Daily VPS; category: linux_and_general_purpose_virtual_private_server; cpu isolation: guaranteed; description: Current self-managed virtual-server families with Linux root access, fixed monthly or longer billing, SSD or NVMe storage branches, and a separate short-duration Daily VPS branch. The standard Linux family ranges from 512 MiB to 8 GiB, although the 512 MiB plan has no one-month billing option., name: Windows VPS, NVMe Windows VPS, RDP Server and Ubuntu RDP; category: windows_and_remote_desktop_virtual_private_server; cpu isolation: guaranteed; description: Windows virtual machines expose Administrator-level remote desktop access, while Ubuntu RDP supplies a graphical Linux desktop. The separately sold RDP Account branch explicitly says No Admin Access and is therefore not treated as a qualifying VM product., name: App VPS, Docker VPS, CyberPanel VPS, cPanel VPS and DirectAdmin VPS; category: preconfigured_application_virtual_private_server; cpu isolation: guaranteed; description: Application-oriented VMs include a live App VPS selector with 16 preconfigured applications, a Docker-specific family, a free CyberPanel branch, and VPS plans with cPanel or DirectAdmin installation and licensing., name: MikroTik VPS, V2Ray VPS and VPN Server; category: network_appliance_virtual_private_server; cpu isolation: guaranteed; description: Network-focused virtual appliances cover MikroTik RouterOS administration, V2Ray proxy deployments, and provider-installed PPTP, L2TP or SSTP VPN server configurations., name: Minecraft VPS, Game Server and Streaming VPS; category: game_and_media_virtual_private_server; cpu isolation: guaranteed; description: Higher-resource virtual-server families are marketed for Minecraft, Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, Rust, Ark and other multiplayer servers, or for bandwidth-intensive streaming workloads., name: Forex VPS; category: trading_virtual_private_server; cpu isolation: guaranteed; description: Remote virtual machines aimed at persistent MetaTrader, cTrader, expert-advisor and other automated trading workloads., name: BlueStacks VPS; category: android_emulator_virtual_private_server; cpu isolation: guaranteed; description: Windows-oriented NVMe virtual desktops sized for persistent BlueStacks Android-emulator and application-automation workloads.
- Operating systems
- live standard Linux selector: AlmaLinux 8.9, 9.5 and 10.1; labels reading CentOS 8.10, 9.6 and 10.0; Debian 11, 12 and 13.0; Fedora 42; Oracle Linux 10.0; Rocky Linux 9.6 and 10.1; Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, 24.04 and 26.04, live Windows and mixed-product selectors: Windows 10 and Windows Server labels 2012, 2019, 2022 and 2025; the public cheap-VPS copy separately calls the oldest server image Windows Server 2012 R2, live App VPS selector: Ubuntu 24.04; live MikroTik branch: a provider-specific image label named mikvm, the central product page also markets FreeBSD 14.0 through 14.3, OpenBSD 7.4 through 7.7 and MikroTik RouterOS, but those BSD images are not present in the live PID 421 selector and must be confirmed for the selected plan and location, image availability is product- and location-dependent; unusually old or nonstandard checkout labels such as CentOS 8.10, CentOS 9.6 and Windows 2012 should be security-checked before deployment
- Virtualization
- MonoVM's current cheap-VPS page advertises both VMware and KVM virtualization at provider level, the live order system identifies Virtualizor as the management module for its VM families but does not bind the standard Linux PID 421 plan to a particular underlying hypervisor, the G2 product profile describes VMware ESXi, while current KVM-focused MonoVM pages describe KVM; because neither establishes the exact hypervisor for PID 421, each benchmark records its virtualizer as not_found
- CPU isolation
- MonoVM describes allocated CPU, memory and disk resources and isolation between virtual machines, the service remains a virtual machine sharing an underlying physical server, and no current source establishes that a standard-plan vCPU is an exclusive physical core, this directory therefore classifies the standard allocation as guaranteed rather than physically dedicated
Features
- App installation service: App VPS and specialized preconfigured VPS families; capabilities: live one-click App VPS choices for Coolify, cPanel, CyberPanel, Docker, Dokploy, Jitsi, Laravel, LinuxGSM, Minecraft, MongoDB, MySQL, Nextcloud, Node.js, Plesk, TeamSpeak and WordPress, separate Docker, CyberPanel, cPanel and DirectAdmin VPS product families, CyberPanel, cPanel and Plesk can install and manage websites and common content-management systems after deployment; limitations: App VPS uses Ubuntu 24.04 in the observed entry-plan selector and application availability may vary by plan or location, the checkout exposes panel licenses and specialized families at separate prices; they are not included with every base Linux VPS✓
- Templates & images types: Linux, Windows and MikroTik operating-system images, 16 live App VPS application templates, specialized Docker, CyberPanel, cPanel, DirectAdmin, Minecraft, game-server, V2Ray, VPN, BlueStacks, Forex, streaming and Ubuntu-RDP plan groups, optional control-panel licenses in the base-plan checkout; interfaces: MonoVM Dashboard, Virtualizor-backed service management, anonymous deployment configurator; limitations: the exact image and template list varies by product; the central marketing catalog is broader than the standard Linux PID 421 selector, no public custom-image upload workflow was verified for the benchmark plan✓
- Network orchestration interfaces and tooling: MonoVM Dashboard and service area, Virtualizor-backed VM management, public global looking-glass service, dashboard password-reset workflow documented by MonoVM; services: location and operating-system selection during deployment, free IPv6 on the standard benchmark plan plus paid extra IPv6 bundles, paid extra IPv4 and traffic options in the live configurator, resource scaling through larger plans and provider-assisted changes, PTR requests after domain verification through a support ticket, network-level DDoS mitigation on DDoS-protected VPS offerings; limitations: no public API reference, endpoint specification, SDK or authentication guide was found for the benchmark product, so generic API/CLI marketing is not treated as a reproducible automation integration, several extra CPU, RAM and storage option groups in the checkout data literally contain Hidden in their labels; confirm whether those upgrades are exposed for the chosen plan, Helsinki-Finland and Sao paulo-Brazil are selectable without a disabled flag but carry the literal suffix [hidden] in PID 421; the current public locations page separately presents both with an active green availability marker, so this directory includes them while advising stock confirmation, Europe is advertised as unlimited but the central VPS page sets a 12 TB monthly fair-use ceiling; the checkout also says USA is unlimited but no numeric US ceiling was found, so US benchmark transfer remains not_found, the terms state that VPS backups are manual and solely the customer's responsibility even though newer marketing pages mention snapshots or scheduled backups✓
- Firewall service: provider network protection plus guest-controlled firewall tooling; capabilities: DDoS-protected VPS marketing describes always-on network-layer mitigation, full root or Administrator access permits Linux or Windows guest-firewall management, CyberPanel, cPanel and Plesk-oriented products expose panel-level security and firewall tooling; limitations: no public rule model, dashboard demonstration or API documentation was found for an independent self-service provider cloud firewall on PID 421, guest firewall rules and operating-system hardening remain the customer's responsibility on an unmanaged base VPS✓
- Load balancer—
- DNS management services: DNS-zone and domain management inside the available CyberPanel, cPanel and Plesk application or control-panel environments, PTR configuration by verified-domain support ticket; limitations: no separate provider-operated authoritative DNS product or public DNS API was verified for VPS customers, the public DNS Lookup link is a diagnostic tool and is not counted as DNS hosting✓
- Git integrations—
- Container registry—
Support
scope: Base VPS products include 24/7 assistance and are primarily self-managed with full root or Administrator access. The live Linux PID 421 form offers a Fully Managed Service option at USD 15 per month for either RHEL-based or Debian-based basic security, but does not publish a fuller task matrix for that add-on.; root or administrator access: Linux VPS products advertise full root SSH access and Windows VPS products advertise full Administrator RDP access. The distinct RDP Account branch explicitly has no administrator access and is excluded from qualifying VM inventory.; response target: Current MonoVM VPS pages advertise live-chat replies in under five minutes and ticket replies in under 30 minutes, with a claimed 92% first-contact resolution rate. These are provider marketing targets rather than independently measured response statistics.; sla: The terms publish a 99.9% monthly network-uptime SLA measured at the network edge, with automatic account credits below the threshold and exclusions for announced maintenance, emergency security work and customer-caused failures.; backup responsibility: The VPS terms state that customers alone are responsible for manually backing up VPS data and that MonoVM assumes no liability. This conflicts with newer product copy that discusses snapshots or scheduled backup capabilities, so buyers should obtain plan-specific confirmation.; refund scope: The terms allow a request within seven days only for technical issues or inconsistencies MonoVM cannot resolve, require KYC review, charge payment-method transaction costs to the customer, and credit digital-currency refunds only to the MonoVM wallet.

What customers say
- + Positive entries across Reviews.io, HostAdvice, SourceForge and G2 most often praise fast deployment, SSD or NVMe performance, broad location choice, root or Administrator control, operating-system reinstall, the service dashboard, price and responsive support.
- − Trustpilot's much lower score reflects recurring complaints about slow or absent support, delayed provisioning, domain or account suspension, unusable extra IPs, refund and cryptocurrency-payment disputes, dashboard or security concerns, and bandwidth advertised as unlimited but governed by a 12 TB ceiling.
- − The 3.38 weighted aggregate requires strong caution. Reviews.io changed rapidly during this snapshot and its recent page contains a burst of anonymous or unverified, repetitive and sometimes duplicated promotional-sounding entries. HostAdvice warns that the brand lacks enough data for a proper review and some recent narratives do not match the displayed service type. G2 has only two reviews and marks one as incentivized; SourceForge has only three. The platform figures are discoverability signals, not an uptime or support-quality measurement.
