CPU isolation

Melbicom markets each VPS as receiving allocated or dedicated vCore, RAM and storage resources, but its April 2026 legal Fair Use Policy explicitly treats VPS CPU capacity, network bandwidth and disk I/O as shared infrastructure resources, the Fair Use Policy permits monitoring and proportionate notification, throttling, additional charges, suspension or termination when CPU, network or disk-I/O usage significantly exceeds typical use, the provider does not guarantee which Intel or AMD processor model will host a VPS, dedicated-server products reserve a physical machine for one customer
