Virtuaal.com maintains physical hardware, network and virtualization; the customer owns OS installation, updates, software, security configuration and data.; availability: 99.9% uptime is marketed and public monitoring is linked, but the contract promises only best efforts/high availability and publishes no measurement scope, maintenance exclusion, service-credit table or claim procedure.; billing: Services are prepaid. Monthly, quarterly and annual VPS cycles are currently selectable; annual saves 10%.; withdrawal and refund: Consumers may withdraw within 14 days by emailing support.
