The official Terms identify All Things IT SRL and its current registration identifiers, but the reviewed first-party pages do not establish that the current legal entity itself was incorporated in 2021.

- name: Game KVM VPS; category: currently_orderable_full_root_kvm_virtual_machine; location: Bucharest, Romania; platform: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, DDR4, NVMe RAID, KVM and full operating-system/root access; network: Shared 10 Gbit/s node uplink with unmetered transfer, native IPv6 and included L3/L4/application DDoS mitigation. The benchmark uses the included /64; public IPv4 is an optional paid checkout add-on.; current monthly plans: plan: Game KVM VPS: Start; vcpu: 1; memory gib: 2; storage gb: 30; storage type: NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 4.65; available units: 8, plan: Game KVM VPS: Basic; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 4; storage gb: 80; storage type: NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 9.5; available units: 5, plan: Nano VPS 4; vcpu: 1; memory gib: 2; storage gb: 30; storage type: NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 4.65; available units: 0, plan: Game KVM VPS: Plus; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 6; storage gb: 120; storage type: NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 14.5; available units: 8, plan: Game KVM VPS: Pro; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 8; storage gb: 160; storage type: NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 19.4; available units: 9, plan: Game KVM VPS: Max; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 12; storage gb: 200; storage type: NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 29; available units: 9, plan: Game KVM VPS: Ultra; vcpu: 6; memory gib: 16; storage gb: 220; storage type: NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 39; available units: 9; stock boundary: Start is the smallest currently orderable row. Nano VPS 4 has the same displayed base resources and price but reports zero available and is not benchmarked., name: Enterprise KVM VPS; category: currently_orderable_full_root_kvm_virtual_machine; location: Bucharest, Romania; platform: Live storefront cards specify Intel Xeon Gold 6138, DDR4, Enterprise NVMe SSD, KVM and full root access. The marketing page additionally mentions 6138 / 5218R nodes; storefront-specific 6138 labels control the recorded plan matrix.; network: Unmetered 10 Gbit/s uplink marketing, free /64 IPv6, optional paid IPv4 and included DDoS protection.; current monthly plans: plan: Enterprise KVM VPS: Launch; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 4; storage gb: 60; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 9.7; available units: 0, plan: Enterprise KVM VPS: Scale; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 6; storage gb: 100; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 14.4; available units: 5, plan: Enterprise KVM VPS: Growth; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 8; storage gb: 120; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 19.4; available units: 7, plan: Enterprise KVM VPS: Business; vcpu: 6; memory gib: 12; storage gb: 180; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 28; available units: 10, plan: Enterprise KVM VPS: Business Plus; vcpu: 8; memory gib: 16; storage gb: 220; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 39; available units: 10, plan: Enterprise KVM VPS: Corporate; vcpu: 12; memory gib: 32; storage gb: 300; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 49; available units: 8; stock boundary: The cheaper Launch row reports zero available. Scale is the smallest live orderable Enterprise row and therefore controls that family's benchmark., name: Enterprise+ KVM VPS; category: currently_orderable_full_root_kvm_virtual_machine; location: Bucharest, Romania; platform: AMD EPYC 7763, DDR4, Enterprise NVMe SSD, KVM and full root access; network: 10 Gbit/s network marketing with unmetered transfer, free /64 IPv6, optional paid IPv4 and included DDoS protection.; current monthly plans: plan: Enterprise+ KVM VPS: Entry; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 2; storage gb: 60; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 9.6; available units: 4, plan: Enterprise+ KVM VPS: Essential; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 4; storage gb: 100; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 14.5; available units: 6, plan: Enterprise+ KVM VPS: Foundation; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 8; storage gb: 150; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 24.5; available units: 8, plan: Enterprise+ KVM VPS: Core; vcpu: 6; memory gib: 12; storage gb: 200; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 34; available units: 9, plan: Enterprise+ KVM VPS: Pro; vcpu: 8; memory gib: 16; storage gb: 300; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 44; available units: 9, plan: Enterprise+ KVM VPS: Apex; vcpu: 12; memory gib: 32; storage gb: 400; storage type: Enterprise NVMe SSD; monthly eur: 79; available units: 9; storefront boundary: The live billing group controls current resources and prices where the marketing page differs. In particular, the storefront lists Core as 6 vCPU/EUR 34, Pro as 8 vCPU/EUR 44 and Apex as 12 vCPU/EUR 79 rather than the larger vCPU counts and rounded prices on the landing page., name: Dedicated servers, colocation, game-server hosting and web hosting; category: adjacent_or_nonqualifying_services; service model: Bare metal and colocation are not VMs. Managed game-server and web-hosting products do not establish customer root control over a guest VM and are excluded from benchmark comparisons.
- Operating systems
- game and enterprise plus live checkout labels: Windows Server 2025, Windows Server 2022, Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, Debian 13 (trixie), Debian 11 (bookworm), Centos 10.0, AlmaLinux 10.0; enterprise live checkout labels: Windows Server 2022, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, Debian 12 (bookworm), Debian 11 (bullseye), Centos 9.3, Centos 8.9, Centos 8, Centos 7.8; label warnings: Labels are preserved exactly from current checkout. 'Debian 11 (bookworm)' is internally inconsistent because Bookworm is Debian 12. CentOS 7 and 8 labels are obsolete, and 'Centos 10.0' is an unusual storefront label that should be verified before production use.; windows licensing boundary: The live selector shows Windows templates without a displayed OS surcharge, but neither it nor the VPS pages disclose whether a valid Windows license is included. No license entitlement is inferred from a zero add-on line.; custom iso: not_found
- Virtualization
- hypervisor: KVM; guest access: Full operating-system access and Linux root control are included across the qualifying families; Windows templates expose an Administrator-style guest but the checkout does not disclose license entitlement.; customer control plane: The current Torchbyte Cloud web panel exposes start, stop, restart, reinstall from an OS list, password reset, CPU/RAM/network graphs, server state and per-IP firewall/attack views. Its frontend also contains snapshot create, list, rollback and delete flows.; backup boundary: Snapshot controls exist in the live panel code and all three marketing pages claim backups, but the current Terms explicitly say All Things IT SRL does not offer backups for files on any provided service and require customer-maintained copies. The anonymous VPS storefront/configuration has no included-backup quantity. This record therefore does not treat provider backup retention as a reliable included entitlement.; automation boundary: The panel calls authenticated Torchbyte service endpoints, but no public customer API specification or supported automation contract was found; internal frontend endpoints are not represented as a public API.; nested virtualization: not_found
- CPU isolation
- benchmark classification: guaranteed; basis: Enterprise and Enterprise+ explicitly advertise guaranteed CPU/RAM allocations. Game VPS advertises dedicated vCPU allocations, strict allocations and smart CPU pinning, but none of the reviewed live cards promises an exclusive physical core or entire SMT sibling set. All three families are therefore classified as guaranteed rather than dedicated.; processors: game: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X; enterprise: Intel Xeon Gold 6138 on the live storefront; marketing also mentions 5218R; enterprise plus: AMD EPYC 7763; physical core mapping: not_found; hardware thread mapping: not_found; numeric oversubscription ratio: not_found; pinning detail: Smart CPU pinning is claimed for Game VPS, but the exact pin topology, exclusivity and scheduler policy are not published.
Features
- App installation guest managed: Full root access permits ordinary customer-managed installation inside the VM.; provider assisted: Game VPS can have Pterodactyl or AMP pre-installed on request. Enterprise pages say cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin may be pre-installed on request.; scope boundary: These are request-based panel installations, not evidence of a native VPS application marketplace. One-click game modpack installs belong to the separate game-hosting product.✓
- Templates & images os images: Current checkout exposes the exact Windows, Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS and AlmaLinux labels recorded under operating systems; the cloud panel supports reinstalling from its current OS list.; snapshots: The current panel frontend contains create, list, rollback and delete snapshot flows.; backup entitlement: Marketing says backups are included, while the Terms explicitly deny provider backups and make customers responsible for copies. With no retention/quantity on the live VPS order form, included provider backup is treated as contractually unreliable and excluded from benchmark value.; custom iso: not_found✓
- Network orchestration web panel: The authenticated Torchbyte Cloud application provides VM power/restart, password reset, OS reinstall, resource/state views and CPU/RAM/upload/download graphs.; addresses: Every VPS receives a free native /64 IPv6 subnet. Reverse DNS for IPv6 can be configured in the cloud panel or requested by ticket. Public IPv4 is optional and priced separately in live configuration.; network options: Game VPS advertises optional BGP sessions and private VLANs for multi-server clusters; Enterprise families offer free IPv6 BGP sessions on request with a stated 24–48 hour setup expectation.; traffic: The VPS landing pages advertise shared 10 Gbit/s connectivity and unmetered bandwidth. No numeric included-transfer quota, overage schedule or guaranteed per-VM throughput was found.; edge: Always-on DDoS protection covers IPv4 and IPv6. Network pages identify AS215362, a Bucharest scrubbing PoP, Arista equipment and +1 Tbit/s mitigation marketing.; public customer api: not_found✓
- Firewall included panel: Torchbyte says its web firewall panel is included for all plans at no extra cost and applies to VPS. It can add, modify and delete rules by port, IP or protocol; apply global or per-server policy; control inbound/outbound traffic; and expose blocked-attempt logs and notifications.; live control plane: The current cloud frontend exposes per-IP firewall filters, transit rules and attack views.; ddos: Separate always-on L3/L4/L7 mitigation uses protocol-aware filtering, live attack logs and a Bucharest scrubbing edge. Custom game filters are available by ticket.; future feature boundary: Geo-IP blocking, smart traffic analysis and rule recommendations are described as upcoming in the firewall article and are not represented as current.✓
- Load balancer—
- DNS management reverse dns: Custom IPv6 rDNS records can be set in the Torchbyte cloud panel or requested through support.; authoritative dns zones: not_found; scope boundary: The DDoS page's ability to filter DNS traffic is a security capability, not evidence of hosted authoritative DNS-zone management.✓

Support
base scope: Qualifying VPS is effectively self-managed beyond initial setup. The Terms say the only free technical help is setting up the purchased hosting service; additional administration is billed at EUR 35/hour for one hour, EUR 30/hour for two, EUR 25/hour for three and EUR 20/hour beyond three.; availability and response: Provider pages advertise 24/7 human support. The Terms guarantee at least five ticket responses per weekday and two per weekend/holiday day, without promising resolution time. The separate SLA targets a 15-minute on-call response for critical infrastructure incidents, not ordinary guest-OS tickets.; sla: 99.95% monthly availability permits 21 minutes 54 seconds of unplanned downtime. At least 24-hour-notified maintenance is excluded and emergency maintenance is allowed up to 60 minutes/month. Claims are due within 10 days after the affected month; credits are 10% at 99.95–99.90%, 20% at 99.89–99.80%, and 30% below 99.80% of the impacted recurring fee.; refund: The refund page promises a no-questions-asked full refund within 48 hours for first-use VPS/game hosting and return to account credit or the original PayPal/card method. The Terms first repeat no-questions-asked coverage for a new customer's first purchase, then say full refunds require real/verifiable contact details plus a provider-caused problem that cannot be fixed, and exclude recurring and PaySafeCard payments. The contractual wording is internally inconsistent, so eligibility should be confirmed in writing before relying on it.; cancellation and late payment: Customers must cancel before the due date and recurring processor payments are not refundable. A service is suspended three days after a missed due date and permanently terminated/deleted three days later. The Terms permit price increases without prior notice, with cancellation available if the new invoice is rejected.; data responsibility: The Terms expressly deny provider backups and require each customer to keep independent copies. This controls benchmark treatment despite backup claims on the VPS landing pages.; migration: Guided migration is advertised at no extra cost, but the Enterprise page qualifies zero downtime as only where feasible.
sales@torchbyte.com is the public customer contact address; the billing portal also exposes a contact form.
The Game VPS page advertises rapid response by chat, ticket or phone, but no public telephone number was found on the reviewed current pages.
Authenticated support and billing tickets are available in the client portal. SLA credit claims and refund requests must be submitted by ticket; tickets also handle rDNS and custom DDoS rules.
The current site embeds Crisp chat and the Game VPS page explicitly lists chat among rapid-response channels.
What customers say
- + Recent and highlighted positive reviews commonly describe friendly or fast support, smooth VPS service, low regional latency, reliable networking and good value.
- + The current profile's top-mention categories are service, recommendation, solution and value for money; several visible long-term customers praise staff responsiveness and stability.
- − Visible 2026 complaints allege charges continuing after cancellation, only partial reimbursement, duplicate invoices, payment reminders after payment, an erroneous suspension and support failing to resolve the billing issue promptly.
- − Other visible criticism describes unplanned downtime or maintenance without the SLA's advance notice, intermittent network/performance trouble, a buggy or complicated interface and reliance on support for routine tasks.
- − The profile covers all Torchbyte services rather than only Romanian VPS, is marked as merged with one or more other company profiles and shows 34 reviews in the last 12 months. Trustpilot says the company has no recent history of invitations and has not replied to negative reviews; themes are customer allegations and cannot be generalized to every plan.
