Recurring complaints
  • Company-wide complaints recur around contract or renewal-price misunderstandings, cancellation/refund friction, billing, account suspension and occasional support or interface difficulty. Many current Trustpilot entries are invitation-labeled, and the profile is actively managed by the company.
  • G2 reviewers mention documentation that can lag the interface, a cumbersome backup/custom-image workflow, automation gaps and occasional language/time-zone friction with support.
