Legal entity: registered name: INTERNET CZ, a.s.; company id: 26043319; vat id: CZ26043319; registry file: B 1245, Regional Court in České Budějovice; ownership: The current company page identifies Aruba S.p.A. as the sole shareholder.; brand boundary: FORPSI is the customer-facing brand of INTERNET CZ, a.s.; FORPSI Cloud is a cloud sub-brand of the same contracting entity. The directory uses the legal entity's 2002 registration date, while preserving the provider's earlier P.E.S. Consulting operating-history claim as history rather than company age.

All displayed CZK amounts are explicitly monthly and exclude VAT; the site also shows Czech 21% gross amounts.; orderability: Every current tier/OS card links to a live public order. The order form selects an exact image, server name/password, optional Plesk license, billing cycle and customer details before advance payment.; location mapping: The current Classic product page says the provider's services run in its own Czech data center. The provider's company and data-center pages identify that owned Czech facility as Ktiš. This establishes the qualifying Classic location without extending the mapping to every FORPSI Cloud product.; backup boundary: The Classic catalog does not publish a customer backup entitlement. Separate managed-server and Cloud Backup products are not folded into Classic, and the serverhosting terms disclaim responsibility for loss or damage of virtual-server data., name: Cloud VPS OpenStack; category: currently_orderable_preconfigured_customer_administered_cloud_virtual_machine; current plan matrix czk net monthly: tier: VPS O1I1; family: OpenStack Starter; vcpu: 1; memory gib: 1; storage gb: 20; storage type: local SSD; transfer tb: 2; linux without ipv4: 50; linux with ipv4: 62.5; ipv6: 1; sla percent: 99.8, tier: VPS O1I2; family: OpenStack Starter; vcpu: 1; memory gib: 2; storage gb: 40; storage type: local SSD; transfer tb: 5; linux without ipv4: 100; linux with ipv4: 112.5; ipv6: 1; sla percent: 99.8, tier: VPS O2A4; family: OpenStack; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 4; storage gb: 40; storage type: SDS NVMe; transfer tb: 25; linux: 160; windows: 570; ipv4: 1; ipv6: included; sla percent: 99.9, tier: VPS O4A8; family: OpenStack; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 8; storage gb: 80; storage type: SDS NVMe; transfer tb: 50; linux: 295; windows: 1120; ipv4: 1; ipv6: included; sla percent: 99.9, tier: VPS O8A16; family: OpenStack; vcpu: 8; memory gib: 16; storage gb: 160; storage type: SDS NVMe; transfer tb: 100; linux: 500; windows: 2075; ipv4: 1; ipv6: included; sla percent: 99.9, tier: VPS O16A32; family: OpenStack; vcpu: 16; memory gib: 32; storage gb: 320; storage type: SDS NVMe; transfer tb: 100; linux: 975; windows: 4125; ipv4: 1; ipv6: included; sla percent: 99.9; common configuration: Starter uses Intel, Linux only, local SSD, one included IPv6 and optional paid IPv4. The standard line uses AMD, Linux or Windows, SDS NVMe and one included public IPv4. Both advertise 1 Gbit/s connectivity and monthly prices excluding VAT.; control: The current knowledge base documents OpenStack and VMware creation workflows, customer-selected template/password/SSH key and Control Panel power/management actions. Customers receive root or Administrator control.; snapshot: One active snapshot is free, retained for 48 hours and subject to free-space and powered-off restore conditions; restore consumes/deletes the snapshot. This is not represented as a durable backup.; location boundary: FORPSI Cloud advertises Czech facilities CZ1 and CZ2 in its network, but the anonymous Cloud VPS catalog/order link does not expose a region or bind this family to a particular Czech facility. No Cloud VPS row is used as a location benchmark.; ipv4 copy conflict: Introductory copy says the service contains one public IP, while the more specific Starter table prices no-IPv4 and paid-IPv4 variants. The plan table is retained and the conflict is explicit rather than silently resolved., name: Cloud Server OpenStack; category: currently_orderable_configurable_customer_administered_openstack_virtual_machine; general purpose matrix czk net: tier: PRO O1A2; vcpu: 1; memory gib: 2; storage gb: 20; ordinary hourly: 0.475; published standard monthly: 330, tier: PRO O2A4; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 4; storage gb: 80; ordinary hourly: 0.725; published standard monthly: 505, tier: PRO O4A8; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 8; storage gb: 120; ordinary hourly: 1.125; published standard monthly: 780, tier: PRO O8A16; vcpu: 8; memory gib: 16; storage gb: 160; ordinary hourly: 2; published standard monthly: 1390, tier: PRO O12A24; vcpu: 12; memory gib: 24; storage gb: 240; ordinary hourly: 3.5; published standard monthly: 2430, tier: PRO O16A32; vcpu: 16; memory gib: 32; storage gb: 360; ordinary hourly: 5.5; published standard monthly: 3815, tier: PRO O24A48; vcpu: 24; memory gib: 48; storage gb: 480; ordinary hourly: 8.25; published standard monthly: 5722.5, tier: PRO O32A64; vcpu: 32; memory gib: 64; storage gb: 480; ordinary hourly: 10.5; published standard monthly: 7285; ram optimized matrix czk net: tier: PRO O1A4R; vcpu: 1; memory gib: 4; storage gb: 40; ordinary hourly linux: 0.6; ordinary hourly windows: 1; published standard monthly linux: 420; published standard monthly windows: 730, tier: PRO O2A8R; vcpu: 2; memory gib: 8; storage gb: 80; ordinary hourly linux: 0.925; ordinary hourly windows: 1.725; published standard monthly linux: 645; published standard monthly windows: 1259.25, tier: PRO O4A16R; vcpu: 4; memory gib: 16; storage gb: 120; ordinary hourly linux: 1.5; ordinary hourly windows: 3.1; published standard monthly linux: 1040; published standard monthly windows: 2263, tier: PRO O8A32R; vcpu: 8; memory gib: 32; storage gb: 160; ordinary hourly linux: 2.75; ordinary hourly windows: 5.95; published standard monthly linux: 1905; published standard monthly windows: 4343.5; common configuration: Latest-generation AMD positioning, guaranteed resources, SDS NVMe, expandable storage, local-network interconnection, unmetered transfer and 99.95% SLA. IP addresses, licenses and add-ons are excluded from the displayed Linux base prices.; promotion boundary: The monthly and annual selectors currently lead with a promotion: 50% off six monthly billing periods or 25% off an annual tariff, through 30 September 2026 or capacity exhaustion, after which the crossed standard price applies. Promotional values are excluded from directory benchmarks; ordinary hourly rates and the displayed standard monthly references are retained only as catalog facts.; location boundary: The public configurator entry requires login and does not bind a configuration to a Czech facility before authentication. This family is cataloged but is not used for a local benchmark., name: FORPSI Cloud networking, DNS, backup, storage, database, containers and Virtual Private Cloud; category: adjacent_separately_activated_cloud_services; boundary: The public cloud catalog and knowledge base expose paid DNS management, load balancers, public IPs, virtual switches/private networks, Cloud Backup, Object Storage, DBaaS, Jelastic containers and VMware Virtual Private Cloud. These establish provider-wide capabilities but are not treated as included Classic VPS resources or prices.
Operating systems
classic exact linux selector: Ubuntu 24 with OpenClaw, Ubuntu 24 with N8N, Ubuntu 24 with Docker, Ubuntu 24, Ubuntu Server 22, Debian 13, Debian 12, AlmaLinux 9, AlmaLinux 8; classic exact windows selector: Windows Server 2025, Windows Server 2022; plesk template: Basic, Standard and Optimal also expose AlmaLinux 8 + Plesk; the template includes preinstalled Plesk but its license must be ordered separately.; tier boundary: Mini+ offers only the nine Linux/application templates. Basic, Standard and Optimal add both Windows images and the Plesk template.; custom template upload: Explicitly unavailable for Classic VPS.; cloud boundary: Cloud VPS and OpenStack compute also expose provider templates and Linux/Windows choices; their exact authenticated catalog is not substituted for the live Classic selector.
Virtualization
classic: OpenStack-based VPS with full customer control. Linux access is explicitly shown as SSH root and Windows access as RDP; a recovery console remains available when public networking fails.; classic control plane: The order supplies credentials after activation. Public copy establishes 2FA for the customer account and a recovery console, but does not enumerate self-service power, rebuild, snapshot, resize or network actions and exposes no Classic-specific customer API.; classic custom image: Explicitly unavailable: the operating system must be selected at order and customers cannot upload their own template.; classic backup: not_found; the catalog does not promise a Classic backup and the serverhosting terms disclaim provider responsibility for virtual-server data loss or damage; cloud vps: The current Cloud knowledge base documents both OpenStack and VMware variants, template/password/SSH-key selection, Control Panel lifecycle management and a single short-lived snapshot.; cloud compute: OpenStack Cloud Server supports customer-administered compute and a public ArubaCloud API, CLI and Terraform provider. These cloud tools are not described as a Classic VPS API.; location boundary: Only Classic is mapped to the qualifying Ktiš location. Public Cloud product pages do not disclose a plan-to-facility selection before login.
CPU isolation
benchmark classification: shared; basis: The current Classic technical details explicitly call the CPU shared while describing RAM as dedicated. Numeric vCPU counts and a general 'guaranteed resources' marketing line do not override the direct CPU statement.; classic cpu vendors: Mini+ is labeled Intel; Basic, Standard and Optimal are labeled AMD. No model, generation, base clock, sustained clock or host binding is published for Classic.; dedicated ram: advertised; physical core mapping: not_found; hardware thread or smt mapping: not_found; pinning or numa policy: not_found; numeric oversubscription ratio: not_found; cpu fair use or throttle threshold: not_found; other family boundary: Cloud Server OpenStack separately advertises guaranteed resources and latest-generation AMD processors, but is not a location-backed Classic benchmark and is not labeled dedicated CPU.

Features

  • App installation guest managed: Full root/Administrator control permits customer-installed applications, and the serverhosting terms explicitly make the customer responsible for applications placed in the VM.; native preinstalled templates: OpenClaw on Ubuntu 24, N8N on Ubuntu 24, Docker on Ubuntu 24, Plesk on AlmaLinux 8 with separately paid license; marketplace boundary: These are exact order-form templates, not evidence of a broader application marketplace.
  • Templates & images classic: Nine exact Linux/application images are selectable on every tier; Basic and above add Windows Server 2025/2022 and AlmaLinux 8 + Plesk.; custom classic template: not_applicable; the current Classic FAQ explicitly says customers cannot upload their own template; cloud vps: Provider OS templates and SSH-key/password selection are documented for OpenStack/VMware Cloud VPS.; snapshot: Cloud VPS includes one active free snapshot with 48-hour retention; Classic snapshot entitlement remains not_found.; durable backup: Separate Cloud Backup is an adjacent paid service and is not inferred as included.
  • Network orchestration classic: IPv4 and IPv6 are included, with quantities/prefixes not stated. The page advertises redundant connectivity but no port speed, private network, floating IP, reverse-DNS workflow, BGP/BYOIP or Classic networking API.; cloud vps: Starter and standard Cloud VPS publish 1 Gbit/s connectivity, IPv4/IPv6 rules and transfer quotas.; cloud network services: FORPSI Cloud documents public IP addresses, Virtual Switch configuration and private networks between cloud servers.; automation: The cloud platform exposes API keys/documentation, a CLI and Terraform provider; this is a FORPSI Cloud capability rather than a Classic inclusion.
  • Firewall guest managed: Classic root/Administrator control permits an in-guest firewall.; classic native firewall: not_found; cloud boundary: The separate VMware Virtual Private Cloud offering explicitly allows customers to define networks and firewall settings. It is not bundled into the Classic benchmark.; dedicated server boundary: A hardware-firewall add-on appears under dedicated-server services and is not represented as a VPS entitlement.
  • Load balancer service: FORPSI Cloud documents customer creation, rules, HTTPS/LeastConn certificates, management and deletion of load balancers.; commercial boundary: This is a separately activated Cloud network service; no load balancer is included in Classic VPS or either benchmark resource tuple.
  • DNS management service: The paid FORPSI Cloud DNS service manages records for FORPSI Cloud or externally registered domains in the integrated Control Panel and accepts both FORPSI Cloud and external infrastructure IPs.; record workflows: Current documentation covers SOA, NS, A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, TXT, SRV and SPF plus edit, activation/deactivation, delete, import and export workflows.; commercial boundary: The monthly DNS charge is deducted from cloud credit and is not included in Classic VPS.
  • Git integrations
  • Container registry

Support

base scope: The general terms include customer support for questions and requests but explicitly say customer support is not customer technical support. The serverhosting terms make the VPS customer the administrator and responsible for guest applications.; fault reporting: The general terms direct customers to report faults to nonstop customer support by phone, email, fax or another agreed channel, with service-identifying details.; data and backup: The serverhosting terms disclaim responsibility for virtual-server data loss or damage. No Classic backup entitlement, RPO, RTO or customer restore workflow is published.; availability: Cloud VPS plan rows advertise 99.80% or 99.90% SLA and OpenStack Cloud Server advertises 99.95%. The current Classic page does not publish a plan-specific SLA percentage or credit table, so cloud percentages are not transferred to Classic.; billing: Classic is prepaid by recurring pro-forma invoice for the selected one-, three- or twelve-month billing cycle. The general contract is fixed for one selected billing cycle and renews when the next period is paid and confirmed.; cancellation and refund: A customer may request early service termination in the administration, but the general terms deny a refund of previously paid amounts for unwanted remaining service. Consumers are separately given a statutory 14-day withdrawal section, subject to the terms' immediate-performance consent, proportional-service and digital-content provisions; this is not marketed as a VPS money-back guarantee.; nonpayment: Absent timely renewal payment, service ends after the prepaid period under the general terms; the serverhosting terms also permit suspension for late/nonpayment.; governing law: Czech law; status page: The current site links to forpsi.systems and displayed 'all OK' at the research snapshot; this is a live state, not an uptime history.

What customers say

2.00 (9) WHTop: 2.0/5 · 9
Recurring praise
  • + The profile contains three perfect scores, all posted within minutes on 9 March 2023. Their currently accessible surfaces do not support a recurring positive VPS theme, so none is invented.
Recurring complaints
  • Six of nine ratings are 1/10. Customer allegations in accessible reviews include dated or slow administration, DNS/SSL friction, inconsistent performance or outages, generic/slow first-line support, IP-location expectations and refund disputes.
  • The latest accessible review is broad legacy/shared-hosting feedback; a 2018 review is cloud-outage specific. FORPSI posted responses to multiple old and new reviews in June 2026, but a response does not validate or invalidate the underlying allegation.
  • The sample spans roughly sixteen years, is extremely small, mixed-product and highly polarized. Three perfect ratings cluster on the same day. The 4/10 arithmetic is reported without treating it as a representative VPS satisfaction survey.
