scope: Ordinary Virtual Servers are self-managed by default and sell optional automated or hourly managed-service packages. Secure WEB HOST VPS is marketed as fully managed, with maintenance, security updates, optimization and monitoring, but its live configurator also defaults to No Managed Services; the included boundary needs confirmation.; availability commitment: The February 2026 SLA guarantees 99.99% network uptime for VPS. Under one hour of verified downtime earns no credit; one to two hours earns 3–8 percent, then each later hour adds 5 percent, capped at 100 percent. Scheduled maintenance with 48 hours' notice, customer or third-party causes, force majeure, DDoS and hacking are excluded. Credits require a ticket and good standing.; provisioning: The provider targets 5–15 minutes after payment for ordinary VPS. VPSBenchmarks measured 3,420 seconds, or 57 minutes, from order to SSH on its single March 2026 sample.; billing and cancellation: Subscriptions recur automatically. The sole one-star title says the order was refunded and the account banned; ARPHost replies that it acted on alleged payment fraud, so the underlying dispute cannot be resolved from the platform record.
  • − The sample is only 12 reviews, spans hosting, bare metal, IT and communications services rather than only VPS, and the claimed profile invites customers to review. Trustpilot reports seven reviews in the prior 12 months and says ARPHost replies to all negative reviews, typically within 24 hours.
